I had used this place on occasions previously with prior ownership and he was good, a little older man who was a great bowler but perhaps not the best with customer service. Recently I visited and met Jonathan who I will say is rather young but sure does know his stuff. Recently I bought a UFO Alert from him, he drilled it exactly like he thought would be best for my style. I also brought him a Phaze 4 that I had bought elsewhere and he was great about drilling both balls with the same care even though I had only purchased one from him. I've taken bowling balls to drill elsewhere and some shops get a little upset that you bring a ball to them that you bought elsewhere instead of giving them the business. Well I have recommended Jonathan to my bowling teammates and I hope they come visit this place. Jonathan is great with customer car and always answers my questions, even though they may be kind of dumb to most pro-shop owners. Thanks again Jonathan and look forward to many years of being my bowling...
Read moreThis place is dreadful, I just wanted to get my thumb hole filled and switch my finger tip grips to a size or so bigger on a ball I bought from them, which was over priced to begin with, and was told it would take a couple days. Unfortunate too because I have tried to give them business before and it's very convenient since nearby my residence, but I mean $ 40 bucks for a fill and replacement grips that weren't even done...

The pro shop helped me learn about some of the new bowling balls and new types - I had an old Hammer urethane bowling ball from the late 1990's and I wasn't aware how much the technology has improved performance with bowling balls.
I was impressed with the level of service and helpfulness/friendliness of the staff I...
