Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Westmont

I had a terrible experience with this trampoline park's membership system and customer service. I attempted to cancel my membership multiple times, but they failed to process the cancellation. Despite my repeated requests, they kept the membership active. I called many times and left my phone number each time, asking to speak with a manager. No one ever returned my call or followed up. It feels like they're deliberately ignoring customers once they get your payment information. The lack of communication and professionalism is very disappointing. I shouldn't have to chase down staff just to stop being charged for a service I no longer want. It's not just inconvenient -- it feels dishonest. Unless you want to deal with shady billing practices and no customer support, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I will not be returning and I will be warning friends and family to avoid...

Had a birthday party there for my daughter. After I confirmed the room our party was in, I began set up. 15 minutes prior to the start of the party room time, I was told (by family who was in our room, not staff) that we were being moved. Another party wanted that room and for some reason felt the need to move us, despite our stuff already there and in place. When I asked staff about it, I was met with gaslighting “I told you room x” when in fact all my on time guests were told room y. Had to move all my decorations and set up in less than 15 minutes. Staff continued to lie until I told them that a guest in my party watched them change the room number on the cart. Liar liar. I recently had a fantastic family night out at SkyZone Westmont with my husband and two boys! The boys had a blast jumping around, while my husband and I got to relax and enjoy some delicious pizza and snacks. The atmosphere was so fun and energetic, and we even had a friendly competition on the arcade games — which was a highlight for us!

Afterwards, my husband joined the boys for some slam dunk action on the basketball hoops, and they couldn’t stop laughing and cheering each other on. The Virtual Wall games were a big hit with everyone too — so much fun!
