I am giving a 3 stars not because of anything about the Dr's or the staff. But my issue is the fact that if you call to get information or to speek to a nurse the front desk will not work with you or allow you to remain on hold. They will just put you through to a voice mail where 90% of the time you will not receive a return call prompting you to call back only to receive the same response. I personally would rather be on hold knowing that my issue matters. I think they do this so you have to make a appointment to be able to just ask questions and force you to have a copay. And 2nd their billing department is incompetent and to lazy to do there jobs when 2 insurances are involved they refuse to bill both in order to charge you more than you should pay. Read moreI have been a patient at HOPE (physical and mental health) basically since it first started. The clinic has grown tremendously in staff and patients, which is great. They have developed free WiFi for clients to use while there also. The only downside is because there are so many clients, sometimes there can be a little confusion or not being able to see which provider you prefer sooner rather than later. This is a group of physicians any one of them can see you and they all have access to your medical file when you need something done it's like pulling teeth to get in.
