NAPA: Really bad service. I’ve always had to wait forever for someone to help me at the NAPA counter. I’ll be in plain view of the employees at the HomePro counter and they never make any effort to get an employee to attend to the NAPA counter. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had to wait and wait. IDK if they’re understaffed or what, but the folks on the HomePro side (which is literally 10ft away at the same counter) seem to simply not give two shits…ever. My grandparents ran a NAPA store for years, and I know that NAPA is typically the superior auto parts store for a variety of reasons. I’ve always had a great experience at every store I’ve visited.
