May 16th 2025 around 10:15PM workers allowed what looked to be a toddler to be inside the business. They looked to be no older than 3 years old. I waited at a stall after I pressed the button, it timed out and the screen went back to normal so I pressed it again. I waited, no response. I still wanted my milk shake and hot fudge sundae, so I moved to a mobile pickup stall and ordered on my phone. 2 mins later, worker comes out and informs me they are out of hot fudge. I just said okay thanks and didnt get anything else. Would have been nice to know beforehand, but no one would answer the stall. They were too busy playing with the kid inside the building. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a single strawberry cheesecake shake. In total, I was there for 30 minutes. This is an occurrence every single time I go. In our community facebook post, there is a post that has 10+ comments of similar experiences. Something needs to be done about this! I did not contact a manager, because I have in the past and it did zero good, and because I had waited 30 minutes for a shake and just wanted to go home. On top of that, Westmoreland has very limited kiosks now because of the new "Park & Eat" and mobile stalls. The workers, do have side parking, but choose to park in the kiosk spaces instead. A lot of our town is elderly, and do not know/or want to use the mobile app. Guess theyre out of luck. Dont get me started on the state of the parking lot. There is a CRATER of a pothole as soon as you enter. It is at least 2 foot in diameter but no one cares. If it damages my car I'll be sure someone cares then. Read moreMoved up here 2 months ago and stupidly have given them 7 chances. Only 1 of those times has the order been correct, usually the wrong version of the item. The 1 time it was correct when I got home with it ,home being only 4 mins away the hamburger patty was so burnt and dryed that it had to set for hours cooked that it snapped in half like a crunchy cookie. That's not the bad stuff, 2 times I have witnessed 7 mice in total running from the building while waiting and they go around eating the garbage and dropped ( or thrown out bad food) sitting in the stalls. Whomever owns or runs it I'm sure dose not care, because half the overhead stall lights no longer work, for at least 2 months now. In fact bulbs are missing from them probably robbing them out to replace the working ones. Kinda shows the cost saving someone's doing, so can only imagine what they are doing with the food, i.e. the hours old burnt burger. Eat at your own risk ,never ask for the food to be remade cause im pretty sure the kids running the place are gonna mess with it.I'm done with them ,and I warn anyone with a ear around here about it. Read more*Update on this location. They removed half of their drive up self service kiosk menus and they are parking employee cars in some of the spots for the drive up kiosk so you can’t use them. I don’t use the app.. I uploaded some pictures of the cars for you so maybe the owner will look at this and handle this properly rather than just say thank you for the update and if he does anything , the owner and the manager oughta be ashamed of themselves. We had to park in a customer pick up and get out and use the self walk up kiosk that didn’t work … that was gonna bite yall in the ass. You This store is amazing they always get my order Incorrect and the service is horrible, I even called ahead and asked if they had the unicorn slushy and straws. I was told yes I come up here and order the unicorn slushy for my granddaughter and I’m told that we don’t serve the straw only in the morning and then came back and told me we don’t serve the straws at all. We’re out and walked off then It’s a 20 min wait for crappy food and service.. I won’t be back to this location ever again…. VERY HORRIBLE LOCAL…. Owner/Manager can...
