Taco Bell — Restaurant in Westmoreland

Horrible place! Bad food and the service is even worse! My girlfriend and some of her friends came through the drive-thru the other night after Lobby had closed, they paid and got their food as normal but realize they had forgot to order a few things so they went back through a second time, the General Manager yelled at them saying they were wasting their time and running up their drive-thru times and even called the police. The police laughed and They were told not to come back again that night. Fast forward a few days later my girlfriend and I came around lunch time an ordered from drive-thru, when we pulled up to the window the cashier took our money, and another woman came from the back and started yelling at us telling us we were both banned and not allowed to ever come back and rudely told us to leave immediately after almost tossing our food at us, in which our order was messed up and didnt give us our drinks. Both times my girlfriend and her friends were there they were very respectful and polite along with time my girlfriend and I went. We will gladly never return here and we'll encourage friends to...

My boyfriend's dad placed the mobile order. Once we got home, I realized that we were missing two things: a crunchy taco and my very specific bean burrito. We went back and I said that we were missing things. The drive through attendant pulled up the order and then placed the free order to cover the cost of the replacement. I specifically said that I had a customized burrito and offered to drive around to show the customizations. He said okay. I pulled around and he handed me a bag with the two missing things. I once again said "do you want me to show you those customizations to make sure that it's right?" He said "ehh" and I drove off to the side to check it. The bean burrito was completely uncustomized, which is a big deal because those extras cost extra. We had to place a second order and drive around to get it, meaning that we paid for the burrito twice. When we got home, I gave my boyfriend's mother her crunchy taco, only to realize that it was completely soaked and inedible. Altogether, we were gone for a full hour when the taco bell is five minutes from the house....

Long wait for finished order. None of the employees were concerned about the order times, very blasè attitudes and made it quite obvious getting food made and served was not their concern whatsoever. Be ready to wait quite a while as employees gossip, mess around and gradually get around to getting someone's order out now and then. And be ready for sub-par, room temperature to cold food. Order at your own risk, just being 100% honest to try and warn anyone else who may be wanting Taco Bell. Not like it was before- used to have MUCH better service, employees and food just 3 to 5 years ago. Restaurant is nothing but a cold, grim, sub-par waiting experience and don't mind the staff, bad attitudes all around. You have been warned!! Now go get some cold, old taco stuff from a...
