He was very diligent in drawing out the space I had to make sure I got the right size desks for my office and wasn’t pushy trying to oversell me on a big package that I didn’t need (like other places I had experienced). Everything arrived quickly and there was only one little hiccup where the warehouse sent a few incorrect pieces but Esteban worked quickly to fix that error, drove to my office to pick up the incorrect pieces and even covered the difference in cost for the inconvenience!
