Subway — Restaurant in Weston

December 3rd, around 5:10PM Terrible experience. If you see a lady (around her 50s or 60s, brunette, black hair, spanish accent), just run. She is VERY rude, dirty (was cleaning her nose and forehead while preparing food). she didn’t seem to properly understand our order but she was blaming us. She was just doing what she wanted and prepared something different than we ordered. When we figured and mentioned that to her., she started yelling at us and yelling at her coworker (he was nice by the way). She overcharged us (we ordered 5 subs, but charged us 6). We actually paid for the food out of respect but immediately put it in the garbage: it was just not even good to share it with anybody in need. Completely bad experience. We will never...

Second time we've ordered here. We've always enjoyed Subway and the cool little specials they have like their BOGO deals. Yeah, I know, "it's Subway, what do you expect," and all that "you get what you pay for" junk. However, it seems as though they intentionally get the order wrong to discourage the BOGO special. Today, we picked up four sandwiches and each one was wrong, from the wrong bread, the wrong dressings, no vegetables added at all, and even the wrong meats. The door spring was broken the Hispanic woman working ~8pm was upset at me as though i broke the thing-i did not. What annoyed me is that she gave me the bare minimum of toppings but what was really disgusting, she had already topped my sandwich with ranch sauce & threw a tomato covered in the sauce which fell off the side of my sandwich was already lacking tomatoes & tossed it was back into the tomato tray.
