RUDE RUDE RUDE. i live in westwood and often shop over in the town. ive been in this store multiple times. EVERYTIME i come in there...NO ONE greets me or even gives me the time of day .and yes!..ive bought stuff from them multiple times...was it hundreds?? no! but it seems that if you havent spent enough there in the past...your just not worth it to them. last time i was in there..the OWNER, sassed me about trying on a size that she felt wasnt big enough for me and had no shame in the way she said it. never in my life have i felt so insulted. it seemed she wouldnt even let me touch the pants because she only had "smalls". if you wanted to get treated like a peasent...deffinately go to trends and threads! im not one to write reviews...but this was not the first time that i have felt less than with them and its despicable. word of advise...treat people equally and with kindness. it...

I have to say I've wanted to write a review for years on this store, and I just came across some reviews that I can so relate to. The salespeople look "down" on you - God forbid you don't have the perfect size 2 figure. I am a mother living in Bergen County, and occasionally go in to browse. My husband has been in there with me, and my daughter who told me she will "never go in there again" - it was so incredibly snobby. My husband had the same response. What is so great about the salespeople that they consistently neeed to act better than others? i hope they look at themselves one day. Feb 3rd 2023, I walked in looking for a cute accessory to wear to the event I had. I looked in the other room and saw college clothing. I proceeded to ask if they had any Ole Miss clothing… The lady with dark hair proceeded to laugh in my face and said she only carried big ten colleges in a very snarky way and said yea we wouldn’t have that at all. I left the store immediately. Awful experience as a westwood native… I suggest u stay clear of this store...
