Awful awful awful. Don't ever go here. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. I went today to get my Christmas tree. After I picked my tree out, I was sent to the register to pay. The lady at the register had NO CLUE what she was doing and charged me $60 for a $48 tree. She then refunded me and charged me again but gave me a ticket showing that I had only paid $15 when I had paid $48! They wouldn't give me my tree until I had the correct receipt so I had to get back in line and try to get the correct receipt. The lady at the register then said that I only paid $15 (so basically accusing me of lying!) and had to go through all her receipts to find mine showing that I actually had paid $48 for my tree. By the time I got back outside, the guys working on the tree lot had mistakenly given my tree to someone else. They wandered around aimlessly for 10 minutes before finally coming over to say oh well my tree was gone. There was no apology; nothing. I've never had such AWFUL customer service ever and I've never seen such STUPIDITY - from the guys in the tree lot to the cashier; just AWFUL. I will never...
Read moreI have spent a lot of money over the years for annuals at That Bloomin Place. I recently bought a hundred dollars of pereniels for a memorial garden. All the plants purchased were planted in a 5 ft square area. Used compost and everything. I know how to garden. Then one plant out of the 10 went dead. i couldnt figure it out. It had to be bad somehow. Bloomin wouldn't stand behind their plants! Nick blamed me and said I over watered it (which I certainly did not. Why werent the other plants dead then?) Apparently you buy as-is with no guarentee like the better nurseries have. Bloomin will not guarentee perennials even though it says you have a 30 day window. They refused to refund or credit the 8 dollars! So even though I had another 100 dollars of annuals in my cart that I was ready to buy, I left, insulted by Nick. I bought from Quincy Adams in Braintree. They are very good to their...
Read moreMuch bigger variety of plants! My favorite for window boxes are Double Impatiens- which you'll never find at the big box stores (they look like little roses- see pic- but just got them, planted today, so they haven't bloomed yet. Come in a lot of colors too). Also got some catnip - which you can usually find in the herb section at the big stores- but have checked a few times and still have not found it- so I just got at...
