not only is the blonde manager extremely rude, but she has barred entry to me on more than one occasion well before the last wash time. there are posted signs all over the building that say "9:30pm last wash, 11pm close". on three separate occasions I have arrived between 8:30 and 8:45pm (more than 2 hours before close and 45 min before last wash) and was told, very rudely, that it was too late for me to start and that she "didn't want to wait around all night" for me to finish up. it happened again tonight, except this time, at 8:45pm as I walked in, she pushed a garbage can in front of me and barricaded my path. when I asked why she was refusing entry to me 45 min before last wash, she said she had the right to deny service to whomever she pleased. right after me a really muscular guy walked in and she said NOTHING to him and let him start his laundry no problem as she ushered me out. Manager of this place is extremely rude. They are un-helpful, un-attentive and short. Never around for questions, and always close before 11 and get mad at customers when not done by whatever time they choose to leave on that particular night. I used to come here, but I stopped. I thought I would try it again at the same old stuff after years. The hot water is barely warm I wouldn't even wash my hands in it.
