Major league barbers — Local services in Wharton

I will not be returning to this barbershop ever again, I’ve been here a couple times since I moved into the area. Never had an issue so around the winter the barber canceled on me due to his shoveling job and I get it things pop up I rearrange my entire schedule. So I canceled on him a couple months after that about two times, and I did according to what the app says an hour before the appointment. I recently canceled again with an hour notice, and the barber did some type of blocking on the app that I was not able to make an appointment. I had to pay first which I never had this issue with any barber. So I personally texted him asked what was the issue, according to him he wants his clients to give him 3-4 hours notice which I never knew. Valid! Not an issue I explained to him what happened, totally my fault for even bringing it up. I was still blocked, so I paid and scheduled another appointment. Once my cut was done I exited the shop, and he stopped me outside and said just to give you a heads up for the next cut we have changed the prices to $45 because of the type of fade you get. So I was like ok not a problem, so I decided to return again but this time I went to a different barber, was not super happy after the cut. I wasn’t mad either after I had to wait for more than 30 min to get it done and once again I had to rearrange my entire schedule, let me tell you when I did finish my cut I asked the guy it’s $45 his response was no it’s 40 so I tipped him and bounced out. I mean, what’s the deal with the first barber, the gentlemen being petty, make his time frame to cancel and making his own prices. Super unprofessional, and need to adjust the issue with what they say on their app because obviously as a former client it’s easier to avoid...

Was looking for a new barbershop after I moved and found this place. Katherine did an amazing job working well with me. I am not fluent in barber-talk so I just showed her a picture and she did her thing. Comfortable settings, even during this pandemic.
