I had an AWESOME experience with Lauren from Wharton Pharmacy. I needed a Pediatric Urine Sample Collection Bag for my daughter to package a sample to send to LabCorp to have them test for a UTI (this week at our home, has been utter HELL) but Lauren called back. She told me that unfortunately, they didn’t have what I was looking for and she took 20+ minutes to look on her personal Amazon account to see if we can find the item I was looking for. She ended up texting me the listing that would work for us. In laments terms/in summary, she took time out of HER day, without making a dollar from us, to help me. It truly meant the world in such a hectic and overwhelming time…with a screaming 18 month old. Lauren, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. We will be making the switch to Wharton Pharmacy in the near weeks....

I recently had the opportunity to experience top notch customer service while dealing with the staff at Wharton pharmacy via telephone. They were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and willing to take it a step further to go above and beyond to assist me. I then also had a in/person experience and the pharmacy was clean & neat with just about anything you’re looking for.
