TLDR: Would've been a repeat customer if this had worked out. When they say their return policy is 24 hours, that also means EXCHANGES. Bought a new device here a few days ago, COMPLETELY stopped working two days later. Went back to try to exchange it. Nada. Offered 30% off another product - gouging for money. They need to be way more transparent about returns + EXCHANGES. If you shop here, you run the risk of throwing money down the toilet. I will never go here again. Not trustworthy.

I have been an avid ecig smoker/vaper for over 5 years. My boyfriend went in here about five days ago and surprised me with a new piece from this store. He was warned that there is a 24 hour return policy - as I completely understand how returns cause loss at these establishments. It worked great for the first day. We had to leave town the next day for the holidays.
It stopped working. Completely. The thing was completely dead. Even though it was fully charged. Never dropped it or dunked it in water or anything. Now. I am not saying that the defective item was the fault of this establishment.
My boyfriend finally had the chance to go over there and ask about EXCHANGES which they failed to tell him when they warned him about the 24 hour return policy. I have worked in retail for many many years and the return policy is always different than an exchange policy. I wanted the same exact vape device in the same exact color or another color or even a different vape device of the same or similar price.
The best they could do was offer 30% off of any other device. I am severely and wildly disappointed. I don't care if they are "knowledgeable" or "friendly", they're salespeople. They will tell you that any vape they have in that store is great. That's their job. The other part of their job SHOULD be adequate redemption for a faulty product. And I will say again, I fully respect the 24 hour RETURN policy and the communication of that. But I fully resent what was not said about exchanges or even store credit.
My boyfriend lives in WBL and has been bugging me about coming here for weeks because he heard it's like the best place ever. Never ever will I go to this establishment ever, ever, ever. AND I do not recommend anyone else go here either unless you want to be scammed and buy things that have absolutely zero warranty from a place that will take absolutely zero responsibility for defective items...
