I just want to give the biggest shout out to White Bear Jewelers. I had a rough start with my original engagement ring, it had structural issues and often needed tightening. Eventually I accepted that it would need to be reset to last forever. From the beginning I had went to white bear jeweler to get my ring cleaned and tightened. They offered me so many solutions of all types of budgets. They made me feel respected as we hadn’t gone with the most expensive choice for our rings in the begining. They always were so complementary and understanding. When I did decide to have my ring reset they spend several hours explaining all my options letting me browse their endless selections and making sure i was completely informed about all details of each possible choice. I ended up picking this half bezel set to keep some of the original design from my ring. This ring was ready in literally days. It is exactly what i had imagined. It is stunning and secure. The people here are just as fabulous and I had never expected to have such a wonderful experience. They truly gained a life long customer. I very much appreciate my stops into this shop for watch battery replacement and other services. The staff are typically very kind and helpful, though one younger gal whom I don't remember the name of the customer service person that could be improved with more coaching and training. Also, she should know that when she's back behind the wall, her gossip and shade throwing can still be heard loud and clear.

The owners, as well as their more life-experienced staff are far better at the quality of service they offer.

Their collection and design offerings are special and vintage inspired but still contemporary yet timeless. If you understand design and jewelry design specifically, you know that what I'm saying isn't moronic. It's a compliment.
