My absolute dream hair salon! Let me just tell you about my girls!!! Mmkaaayyy…!?

Kirsten! Tanner!! ❤️❤️❤️. Absolute HAIR EXPERTS first of all! They are also the sweetest most wonderful and down-to-earth women I ever did meet! ❤️❤️

You both deserve to be recognized for always doing an amazing job and consistently making me feel valued and appreciated. I know I’m a handful !! because I can’t keep track of my dates and times.. for instance I thought my appointment was today…. Turns out it’s not until tomorrow😬 (typical me).

These beautiful souls came in early to do my hair before I left for vacation tomorrow morning.

They had to juggle their other clients (the ones that show up on their ACTUAL scheduled date and times lol). And, although it appeared effortless for these super talented professionals, I know that it was a lot of work. (Plus, I seem to tell them my whole life story every time I see them starting with hello😂 ) I’m not sure why… but …they haven’t told me to stop yet so…🤪😉❤️).

Today is an example of the many things that Tanner and Kirsten have done to go above and beyond; not only to give amazing service and make my hair look and feel beautiful …

But also to make me appreciated, not just as their client, but as a person and friend.

You guys are the best. Whether working solo or as a team, you easily deliver the best overall experience and quality of services I’ve ever had in this industry and/or related services.

I have been getting my extensions and highlights done for years at Salon Cheveaux with my gurrrrls. And it’s safe to say that I need not ever look for another hair salon… they are stuck with me forever . 😈 😂

Taking my business elsewhere. Because I missed a consult, my entire appointment was cancelled which was scheduled out weeks. Instead of getting any courtesy call or notice, I was fully cancelled. A new consult could have been made prior to canceling a whole session.. Super disappointed. I don’t leave negative reviews for nothing.. actually I rarely leave a negative review anywhere .. id much rather sing praise of those who go the extra mile … Cancelling on me was lazy & inconsiderate to me as a customer when they could have reached out to attempt to reschedule a consult which takes 5 minutes . . I was a repeat customer until now.-----& there were not multiple missed consults as their unaccountable response indicated. I missed the only...

So happy! I have hated my eyebrows for over 30 years and as I aged they just bugged me more. A dear friend shared with me that Chris was doing microblading and I got excited. If I didn’t live in the other side of the world I would be at Salon Chaveaux for everything so I was excited to have Chris work her magic. She explained everything and truly worked a miracle. I woke up this morning (they were done last night) and I am beyond thrilled. I swear it takes years off my face. If you’re contemplating doing this - go for it!
