Back story... I spent 20+ years in the heavy towing & recovery business. Knee injuries forced me out & into actual trucking. So when Larry showed up to get me, YES, I was watching & rating his evry move & knowledge level. A couple of techs came out to watch/help him. One of reached in to help but incorrectly set up a lift chain to gain clearance due to low oil pan. Immediately I watched, to see if Larry noticed & would correct it... He immediately corrected it. As the hookup continues Larry did exactly what I would have done with a fully loaded tractor & 53' trailer. I could be nit-pickin on one or two little things I'd done slightly differently but truth is that's simply the difference of styles. His experience & knowledge of proper tow techniques is apparent. Most truck drivers being towed in, have NO clue as to what's the right or wrong way to tow. On the 55 mile (mountains) drive in I took notice of his driving. Larry did a great job. Larry was professional, didn't waste time on site (to pad the bill) & was a pleasure to ride in with. I was on my way home from work one night around 11:30 pm when my alternator went out on my car with no warning at all! It almost left me stranded on the interstate but I was able to get my car off the road at my exit #424 off I-40. Casper's was referred to me by another towing company I've used in the past. It took the driver about 45 mins to arrive but I had some of the finest officers out there stay with me until the rollback arrived. Shout out to officer HERZOG! I gave the company 4 stars and not 5 based on one thing alone, I was with 1.2 miles of my house and I was charged almost 100$ if the price would have been more in the range of 50$ to 60$ I would have definitely put 6 stars,! The rollback drive, Chuck , I think was his name, he was very professional, and kind I highly recommend this company and they have locations in several surrounding counties! Way to go...

First time I ever used them was 2 years ago left a huge strong first impression on me and my family. My 05 Nissan Titan fuel gauge stopped working and didn't noticed till it stopped running. They brought me gas jumped my truck off and said I'll follow you to the gas station up the road next exit (I was on the interstate). I said okay thank you they followed me and made sure me and my family arrived safely and didn't need a tow I paid them $60 for helping me. Fast forward to today I called to have my previous vehicle towed to a local mechanic to get fixed due to internal water pump failure.
