I just ordered a grilled cheese from this store. I drove all the way home to only open the wrapper and find an end piece of bread with MOLD on it. I called the store and no one answered, which is a common thing, so I drove all the way back to the store. I was not offered a refund - only “ew that’s disgusting. We’ll remake it for you” I would like to know why there’s even bread in the store long enough for mold to develop, but most importantly HOW did an employee not see the mold when making the sandwich? In a bright, well-lit kitchen? While they were standing there folding the wrapper and didn’t see it? That’s a joke, along with the attitudes of the employees that work there. We waited patiently and no one answered so we tried calling the store just for the calls to be denied. Then a man walked out the door and yelled we are closed. We went up to the door, knocked, and asked for the gms number or email because that was absolutely rude. He could've said it nicely or even said it on the headset he was actively wearing to let us know instead of waste our time. He said he was the gm and told us to hang around if we want for when "they show up" I assume he meant cops. As we were leaving he got onto the headset and said he's got more going on than we know.
