I went in yesterday at 1:00 p.m. and bought the new seahorse x for $150 and I asked him about a warranty and he said there is only a 24-hour warranty if anything breaks or goes wrong to bring it back and as soon as I got home the plastic choke button fell out and I took it back today at 11:00 a.m. and he said there was nothing he could do so I asked him to call his boss and long story short they said there was nothing they could do there is no warranty and when I said I was going to write a bad review they told me to leave the store that if I was going to threaten them they were going to call the cops and I said I'm gladly leaving and I'm going to write a review it is not a threat it's just the truth that they did not honor their word. I suggest buying everything online or from a different store because the customer service is so fake and when it comes to needing help you will be on your own trust me.DO NIT BUY...

I purchased a 7500 hit rechargeable vape 6 days ago and this morning it was fine one hit then the next hit was completely burnt.. Elfbar 5000 hits last me well over 2 weeks hitting regularly. The vape I purchased 6 days ago wasnt cheap and I used my rewards discount so I stopped in after work today and it was the same guy working who sold me it and reccomended it. I explained the situation and he had no response for it and shrugged me off and didnt offer to remedy the situation in any way. When I purchased the vape 6 days ago he took it out of its packaging and handed me all the things inside over the counter but threw the box and wrapper away which was strange to do when selling someone a product. Deff purchasing my biweekly vape from a less sketchy vendor...

I was passing through town and needed juice. This was the closest store. They did not carry my usual brand, and this was suggested. I just made my purchase and left the store. I did not think to open the box. I still had some of my usual brand and it was nearly 3 days later and 500 miles away when I opened this box. The juice is dark and tastes terrible. The outside box does not have an expiration date. The expiration date on the bottle is 7/24, nearly a year past expired. I can not use this juice. I wasted $23 dollars on something that belongs in the trash. Check the date on the bottle before you buy...
