Went there and got a single hoagie and nothing else!!! it came to $9.76...CORRECTION.... I was told it came too $9.76.... OK. Checked my banking app because my bank said my account was in the Negative !!! Right before pay day situation. Looking at this app I see this Subway charged my debit card ((( $90.76 ))) for a single hoagie!!! So now I'm getting hit with late fees for the bills I can't pay w/auto pay. The bank is hitting me with a $35 overdraft fee plus $5. a day for every day in the negative !!! So I go back into this Subway and this young girl working the counter w/Daisy Duke shorts on that shows half of her You know what's!!! Tells me Ooooopsy n giggles n then says we can give you a coupon for a free 6 inch hoagie!!! WOW!!! REALLY??? This store gets a lot of complaints I see! The ordering screen doesn’t offer a custom sandwich option- they do offer an “assistance button” but when you push the button nobody answers to assist you. I spent 10 minutes sitting by the pick up window and I decided to call them and ask them if their drive-through was even open. They said that it was and they were working on my orders. Whenever they came to the window they handed me my order but did not hand me the soup that I ordered. When I asked about the soup I had ordered- it was then that she informed me that they didn’t have any. If I hadn’t asked about it- they wouldn’t have told me that it wasn’t available. They were ordering and all of a sudden the customer starts giving them a hard time about a sandwich. She told him kindly she didn't hear him and here came the tantrum. I could tell the workers were doing the best they could and they were made miserable by customers today. Can't people just be nice?
