I cant tell you how many times I'd been ripped off by this store!!! THEN when they mysteriously get the prices wrong, THEY THEN want to play the shell game w/your money!!! Even when you insist on just refunding your money. THEY want at 1st they'll argue w/you and do there (MAGIC) math!!! They'll intentionally spin you on it. Like today they gave me back a few bucks w/the story that this makes up the price difference!!! (BUT) they were still off and shorting me almost $15.00!!! AND this was not a big order, this all fit on the top of a (SMALL) buggy!!! AND you wouldn't believe me how long I had to wait at the service desk while SOMEONE at the service desk, SPUN, and SPUN, and SPUN the numbers on a calculator, like it was an I.R.S.Audit, All I could say was: ARE YOU FOR REAL??? Let me break this down a little father, I only had(( (2))) different items, AND ((( 10 ))) of each... I do believe we all learned that trick of simply adding a (ZERO)!!! In like 1st or 2nd grade!!! So to make this CRYSTAL CLEAR!!! So in the REAL WORLD, THE ACTUAL REALITY OF IT: THEY ((( ONLY ))) had ((( 2 ))) numbers to add!!! AND do you think anybody at all even bothered to say (SORRY)??? Heck no!!! Not to go on w/other issues, because theirs a lot of them!!! The next time you walk into this store PLEASE pay attention to are Senior Citizens...BECAUSE you will see no one helping them!!! My Mother and her BINGO friends, want step foot into this store, I'M not a big fan of Walmart either (BUT) IF a worker sees a Senior Citizen that need help and they don't help them... TRUST ME the management team will take disciplinary action w/a quickness!!! I'v even seen management blow by Senior Citizen that needed help, and pay them no mind!!! I even seen a Manager and another worker?/Maybe another Management Team? BUT the one was definitely a manager!!! They was setting up a Display, and this little frail senior citizen took an ((( EMPTY ))) cart that was by them... AND the LADY that may or may not been a member of the management team, chewed this Senior Citizen women out!!! WHILE a definite member of management watched her and said nothing!!! Read moreI don't have any complaints about the workers, but rather the other shoppers. I was in a line 7 people deep 2 days ago. There were so many older people around me complaining about not enough workers to check them out, while also complaining about not wanting to use a perfectly good self check out that was open and free and ready to be used. I was in line for a cashier, because a cashier is required any time you use a WIC card. I have a small child who is eligible for this program. These older folks look as ridiculous to me as someone who would stand and protest in a gas station line about no longer receiving full service at the gas pump. Older people are so entitled to "service" that the woman in front of me literally had the audacity to cause a ruckus around the store pulling employees from whatever they were doing so that she didn't have to scan her own stuff. I wonder if some of those shortstaffed underpaid folks were on break. PLEASE old people of Indiana, Pennsylvania LEARN to use self checkout. Scanners and bar codes are not new technology. Young people aren't working because we are "on our phones." Customers like YOU are the reason I'M not returning to work with the public any time soon. Either apply to work there or check yourself out. But certainly torturing all of the non living wage employees made you look like a fool. Read moreI went shopping there tonight (7/9/25); and; inadvertently, left my purse in the cart. Which I took back into the store. I did not realize that until I got home; and I live 20 minutes away. Upon getting home and realizing what I did; I called the store and spoke to Sierra. They had my purse; but were closing in 10 minutes. Asked if there was any possibility they could wait as I had medicine; ID; money; credit cards; etc. A brief hold later; she came back and said to call the store when I arrived. When I did; Joey came out with my purse. I hugged him. EVERYTHING was there.
