Artistry Threading Spa — Local services in Whitehall

I every few months get a clean up on my micro shaded brows. The salon I normally frequent has cut the staff down to owner only. Now I’m worried if you’re like me I don’t like just anyone doing my brows and hair. I went to google to find Artistry not only minutes from my home but with a high star rating. I took a leap of faith, called in and attendant said come on in no appointment necessary. I signed in and within 10 minutes in a chair getting waxed. The young lady I forget her name (from Texas) listened to my concerns waxed me and cleaned up my brows with a touch of threading… I was blown away… so much I ended up with not only my browns done but henna on my arms, hands, and belly button area. lol it wasn’t them selling me on it, I was just so excited I wanted more service... I read such great things about this place. I was hoping to get my brows and a facial done. I had never been there before and was excited. I walked in and saw a couple of women receiving services and a couple of women waiting. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted or told what I needed to do to be seen. So I guessed. I love their threading. However, very unprofessional as far as being on time with opening the store. Don’t post your hours as one thing and show up when you want.
