Dollar Tree — Local services in Whitehall

I am never shopping here again!!

Although the young ladies working at the registers and stocking the shelves here are very kind and nice, their supervisor "Joyce'" is an old authoritarian white woman who sneers at the customers.

I had to call someone to let them know that Dollar Tree was out of laundry detergent and cold medicine that had been on the shelf just the day before. Little tyrant Joyce let me know in no uncertain terms that they will not let any customer charge a phone, even for a few minutes. Joyce barged her unhappy, lonely self loudly into a conversation I was having with a nice clerk to make it absolutely certain that I knew that I wax NOT to charge a phone or even ask about charging a phone.

Merchandise disappears from the shelves overnight. If a customer asks for something they saw the day before, no one knows where that merchandise is. In other words, Dollar Tree doesn't keep things regularly in stock.

As for myself, I'm an older white woman. If I were working in customer service and acted toward customers the way Joyce acted, I would expect to be Fired.

Seriously I'm an Amazon Prime, Wayfair, Joss & Main shopper and every time I come in this place I'm reminded of how grossly overcharged I am in the name of "convenient" home delivery! I purchased 8 storage containers that would have cost over $80 on Wayfair and some chewing gum for less than $14 as I said Ballin!!!!! I really need to get out of the house more. Not the tidiest place in the world but in the defense of employees this place is a high traffic environment and SOME of the patrons don't keep an eye on their kids. It's Thursday, Oct 11: 30am the MOD at store #3350 3632 E Main St. Whitehall Ohio announced to a senior female employee that y'all on duty and for 4 days and ain't done nothing, I will fire all yall; she repeated the sentiment at least 3x. She even caught the attention of a customer in line who made an inaudible response , which she added to put your application in. This made me very uncomfortable.
