Some of the staff interaction at princess lanes was just down right rude and inconsiderate. What does constomer service mean to people anymore? What happened in the customer service industry where "the customer is always right?" And when management sees a staff member arguing with a customer, what happened to seperating that staff member from that customer and apologizing for any inconvenience, trying to get to the root of the problem, yet instead just standing there allowing the argument to continue for another good 5 minutes irritating the customer even that much more. After a child has already been walked all over and asked to pay more for food in order to get a 50 cent refill on a drink because he only had a credit card, instead of just giving him a small free refill which as the mother was already told were free refills and already had three free refills. Then I am of course the embarrassment for standing up for what I believe in and not allowing my son to be walked on by calling the employee out on it and told that I, the customer, was wrong, when I specifically asked for the drink that provided free refills even if it costs a little more. Wow, so now I am the bad guy for standing up for what I was told, for not letting my son get charged for something he shouldn't have been and for being treated rudely by the staff at princess lanes, including the management! Even though my son was not charged extra, my drink I paid for was still taken from me, no refills were given to my two children and the customer service was beyond poor. They charge more for games, the lane didn't work as it should have and there were constant overhead intercom distractions of other lane problems while we there, distracting us from our bowling. Even the people behind the desk were yelling into the lanes to have people moved because lanes were missing pins instead of walking out to the lanes and approaching them quietly. Everybody's business, was literally everybody's business in this overcrowded, overpriced bowling alley. Very impersonal, very rude staff, and not worth the money paid for the customer service provided. People go back to your roots.... Expect more especially if you are paying more. And please remember to expect customer service from a customer service based business. I can't express that enough. If we stop demanding to be treated right, then we won't be. But if keep on demanding to be treated as customers, paying customers, that do have a voice on how we should be treated. We can make a difference! Legacy lanes has friendly staff! Smiles and customer service to go around. And if we start giving them more business, they can expand, increase their hours and provide so much more. And they give such great customer service and care! And they don't take advantage of our younger...

Read moreI really like Cassie Village. The place is almost completely full of shops on the outside, and there's a small Giant Eagle cross the street from them. The inside is pretty dead, and if it weren't for dance Workshop by Shari, they're probably be no reason to walk in there. Do used to be a hair salon that was in there but it's just recently gone under. there's a military Enlistment I'm stationed there but but that's about it. There is a realtor's office it's taking up most of the upstairs so at least there's something going on up there. I believe they had a a judge and therefore traffic court or whatever but I don't believe he's there anymore. wish they could read invigorate these areas but times have changed and most people prefer to do their...
