Little Ceasars is a joke: I begin trying to call Little Caesar's at Caste Village in Pennsylvania around 6:45 PM on my way home from a 12 hour day, and tried until after 8:00 PM. Upon arriving, 2 employees were sitting right out front smoking, a tall unkempt guy and a woman. I walked inside and asked the girl that was actually working what the phone number is. The girl at the counter verified I had been calling the correct one. I asked why I called 37 times in over an hour and they didn't pick up. "Oh we're not doing phone orders right now our manager tells us not to if we're busy." They also, by the way, blocked online orders that evening, as no online order would go through to this store, but WOULD go through to others. The manager came in, literally screaming "Do you have a problem." I said yes I told him and I said "She said you tell them not to answer the phone and to turn the ringers off.'" HE ACTUALLY CONFIRMED this. Like this is somehow acceptable to take it upon themselves to be walk in only without phone or online orders. I can't imagine the franchise owner, or the Little Ceasar's brand is happy with this. Additionally, I videotaped my entire dialog and subsequent confrontation of the "manager" (I use that term very loosely). He even said in it that if I reported them he'd tell corporate what an attitude I have. LOL YES, I had an attitude. I didn't swear or scream at anyone, and I kept my cool, but darn right I had an attitude! And that's MY RIGHT AND PREROGATIVE AS A NON-EMPLOYEE. HIS attitude which was confrontational and aggressive, I did not appreciate. I decided not to order, and never will order with Little Cesar's again because of this. And I will tell everyone about this experience and share the video to everyone. He also inferred that them being busy made it acceptable to close down outside ordering, and he backed it up (also in the video I'm happy to provide to you). I worked at a Denny's, in highschool, and served & bartended through college. Never would we DREAM of taking phones off the hook and shutting down online order because we're busy. (Then why when I arrived were 2 people sitting outside smoking still not answering the phone?) On the way out, I stated he should perhaps get a job he could handle. He said "I DO have a job I can handle?" Well, what's your second job, because you CANNOT handle your Little...
Read moreOrdered pizza here and had Doordash go pick it up for delivery. To no fault of Doordash's - Little Caesar's made the poor driver who took my delivery order wait 50+ minutes for a NON-CUSTOM order - it was supposed to be a single Hot N' Ready and some saucd. (Yes, I am weird; Hot N' Ready is my pizza of choice. I love the sauces that come with it, enough that, yes, I did indeed order in for it. Casting those who I KNOW are judging me aside... lol..) I tried to call Little Caesar's for my dasher's sake, since the store wasn't giving them answers as they waited - no such luck. No one picked up the phone.
.. I get it. Things happen. Stuff breaks. You get slammed... But, 1.) Pick up the phone. 2.) ESPECIALLY if someone is there in person waiting, maybe tell them wtf is going on. ..????¿¿?
Doordash gave me $20 credit for the inconvenience, so that was kind on their part.
Edited to add - 8 months later, SAME ISSUES. They do NOT answer the phone here. Do NOT communicate with Doordashers. And food arrives cold. This is not Doordash's fault - it is Consistently this Little Caesar's location. Only this one do I have repeat issues with. Please do better, I just want a $5 pizza and some...
Read moreThis place is disgusting and so is their pizza! First, as you walk in, there are employees standing outside smoking. You have to walk in through a cloud of cigarette smoke which is also inside the front of the store since the door is propped open. We order 4 types of pizzas and two types of crazy bread. Then, we watch an employee come in and begin to work in the back without washing his hands. Upon receiving our food, we asked where the sauce was for the crazy bread. “Oh, that’s extra.” he says. Really? Since when, and if so, why don’t you ask customers if they would like sauce with the bread sticks? What good are bread sticks without a dipping sauce??!! Anyway, I was starving because I had been sick and hadn’t eaten for two days. I couldn’t wait to eat. (And a comment was made from the employee about my not eating…as if it was his business) We get home and let’s just say it was the most disgusting and disappointing pizza I have ever eaten. Not enjoyable to anyone…at all. The Hawaiian pizza is gross. I would much rather eat Fox’s Hawaiian pizza (Brookline Blvd). Go there instead! THEY know how to make a good Hawaiian pizza! Little Caesar’s has become so...
