We were all very happy when we heard that Panera bread was coming in our area. But this is the second time I have went through the drive-through and it is horrible. First time I gave him the benefit of the doubt because you had just opened. Second time I paid for my meal waited about 10 minutes. The gentleman opens the window back up and asked me to pay again I said I’ve already paid laughing him and the girl with him. Oh OK I’m sorry. Wait another 15 minutes or so open the window back up hands me a drink all the reason it took so long as we were out of strawberries, laughing again Told the boy I ordered food too. Oh yeah it’ll be out in a few. Waited another five minutes or more open the window up hand me the bag after being there and waiting in the drive-through watching these young kids in there just goofing off they weren’t doing anything. If you open a new place, you’re supposed to have your management come down and train these people. These people were never trained. They’re a bunch of young kids. They don’t know what they’re doing. They’re running around behind each other doing nothing. It’s really a shame because I like Panera bread but I doubt I will ever be back again. And I’m not the only one I’ve had friends and family that say the same thing about this location. Which is really sad considering it...

Read moreI enjoyed the grand opening celebration at the new Panera bread in Whitehall, West Virginia. Was greeted by several staff as I came through the door. Vicki took my order and kindly answered all my questions about the menu, she informed me I was one of the first 100 guest so I received a free travel mug. I sat at a table eating my mixed fruit yogurt parfait. Employee Mary came over speaking to me about the parfait. I told her it was delicious, one of the best parfaits I’ve ever had. I had a take out order as well. Asiago cheese bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. I took it home to eat it. Tasty and filling. I highly recommend this new...
