Wow, just wow. Just a few things. Waited at the er desk until the receptionist came and then asked if I needed her. When I said yes, she finally got over to the desk and asked if I needed to see a doctor???? What? The nurse was efficient and I was given a room right away to wait in. But after an xray and me crying in severe pain, the doctor decided it was not necessary to send home any pain meds and then told me they just don't do that anymore. What??? BTW, I have a torn rotator cuff so anyone who has had this can understand the pain associated. I am home now with severe pain and trying to find someone that has pain meds or find an old bottle. I usually don't finish pain meds prescribed I don't like them unless I am in severe pain.. I won't see a doctor till Monday afternoon. So....thank you to all the scammers in the world and to the doctor that can't make a good character evaluation. I am a 58 year-old hard working tax paying employee that does no drugs and this was a work injury. Thanks. I'll get back to my weekend...

I almost died because of this stupid so called hospital. My joints were inflamed for unknown reasons and they were painful as it started spreading to every joint in my body so I went to this stupid place. This place is not a hospital or shouldn’t even be called an ED. All they have is an xray machine like an urgent care so if you don’t have a broken bone, they’ll send u home with Tylenol because there’s nothing wrong with you. Gathering all my symptoms, they could’ve at least did a simple blood test like CBC but no. They didn’t do ANY blood test. Only xray and of course it was normal. I ended up getting worse the next day so I went to Abrazo Surprise Hospital and they did a whole work up on me and had to transfer me to Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix for possible lupus. Yes. LUPUS. I was diagnosed with lupus. This place should be shut down. This stupid wanna be hospital is a huge disgrace and the doctors there should get their...

COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CARE. Left my wife and I in a room after we came in for a head injury. Explained she was constantly fighting to not lose consciousness as well as dizzy nauseous and ringing in her ears. They did NO tests didn’t check her for anything and proceeded to staple her head with no warning and sent her home. And by sent her home I mean they ignored us until we left. When leaving every person seemed to have disappeared until we finally made it to the front exit where they all sat with their feet up on their phones. Keep in mind this was around midnight AND WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND EVERYONE WORKING HERE SHOULD LOSE...
