The Dr nurses n thecs are nice people but 6 days ago I was in with my wife in the ER in pain and bleeding in a way she should not be while pregnant. So the ER Dr stated he could only do a blood test and a UA but was unable to do a ultrasound at that time.. so my wife and I looked at each other and said that will not help with the pain or know what is going on with the baby so we just ask for a discharge papers later in the night pain got worse and went to Dell Webb they did the ultrasound my wife baby was no longer there she had a miscarriage.. ER at wickenburg hospital had really went down Hill! Now today I went in to see my dad in the acute unit and the rooms were filled up with COVID patients here in the wickenburg hospital not one nurse or thec had used hand sanitizer going in or out the COVID rooms not even have the proper gear on not even a n95 gloves etc. they had even left the COVID doors open which will allow it to transfer by air out of rooms. My dad is very nervous and no longer want the care of the hospital his nurse came out of a COVID room and touched my Dad's stuff. I used to work here at the hospital during the pandemic and fallow the simple guidelines to prevent transfer or catching anything but now I have no idea what the head nurse or CEO is letting them do but make more dangerous for the rest that don't have those issues COVID c-diff etc I feel bad for housekeeping future. Now as of today Friday 12/13/24 after my dad discharge that day he now back in the hospital with pneumonia and COVID I wonder đ¤ humm let's see my dad had been feeling worse since his last visit I get there today for his condition his door is wide open nurse walks in and hands me his home clothes dirty no gear no mask no hand sanitizer nothing I no longer work there i was the only one with a n95 in the hallway using hand sanitizer...
Read moreI have always received great care at the hospital clinic where I still receive great care. I love my doctor and my children's doctor is great however the billing the hospital does is not right. I was referred to see a specialist about my shoulder in the specialty clinic that is connected to the hospital clinic where I go to see my primary care doctor. I have great insurance and I definitely pay a large monthly bill for that insurance coverage. I have a $40.00 specialist co-pay. I went to my specialist apointment, since I was already in the system I did not have to fill any paper work out. I saw the specialist and got great treatment. I scheduled a follow-up apointment an asked if I needed to pay my-pay. I was told not at that time. I came back for my follow up, got great treatment and when leaving I went to pay my co-pay and was informed they would bill me the co-pay. A month later I received a bill for $611.00 and not the $80.00 I was expecting . I called and discovered it was the way the specialist clinic is credentialed they bill as a hospital. I was never notified of this not once. I was ecpecting an $80.00 bill and instead I was slapped with a $611.00 bill. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call. I never got a call. I asked almost every time I got the monthly bill for a supervisor to call me. After over a year I finally got the call and was told that due to it being so long they could not do anything about the billing and I would be responsible for the bill. They did say they would help me out and give me 50 percent off. So now instead of $611 it is a $305.00 bill which should have been an $80.00 bill. I have sense gone to the CORE Institute and have also received great care and better yet their billing...
Read moreMy wife brought my son in very lethargic with a temp of nearly 104!! They were extremely rude to my wife and made fun of her and said she was weird for bringing him in because he hadnât been sick long enough!! My wife explained sheâd heard the flu is bad in Arizona and that She was concerned due to the high temp and didnât want to take any chances. They then asked my wife if sheâd given our son any medicine to lower his temp. She told them no because last time she brought our son in the same hospital scolded her for it and said medicating in advance hinders their evaluation. They then accused my wife of not giving him meds to bring down his fever because she thought they wouldnât believe her!! Unreal!! My wife said as soon as they found out our health insurance hasnât kicked in yet they were practically pushing her out the door! They even told her she shouldâve waited until he was sicker to bring him in. How much sicker exactly?? Maybe wait until his temp is 105!!! Dr. Eisenhart was examine an older gentleman right across from my wife and son. My wife overheard he came in because he had a dizzy spell and they immediately ordered tests to check him for the flu!! They also mentioned coding it under something different so his MEDICARE would cover it!!! Wow! But wonât check an uninsured 3 year old with a 104 temp! But what else do you expect from a doctor who had to ask Siri what 17 times 4 is??!!! True story. Please please please do not bring yourself or anybody else you care about to this hospital to be seen! They are rude, incredibly incompetent and negligent!! Weâll drive an extra 30 miles and wait an extra 5 hours to get treated like human beings from this point forward!...
