Discrimination Should Never Be Someone's Experience At This Place Of Business. Today I Encountered A Shopping Experience I Will Never Forget. Paula And Her GM Were Very Rude, Disrespectful, Causing A Scene, And Very Unprofessional. I Have Never In My Life Seen Work Ethics As Bad As They Were At Working Here As Employees! Just Trying To Have A Day With The Ladies , One Returning An Item To Exchange. Instead Of Making Something So Simple As Providing A Receipt To Exchange An Item Was Made Into An Inconvenience. The Manager Tried To Act Like The General Manager And The GM Repeated The Rules And Such When Indeed They Didn't Have A Clue As To What The Policy Actually Stated On The Poster Posted.While I Went To Provide Proof To Confirm The Rules They Were The Opposite. So Who Provides Customer Service By Lying About What The Policy And Guidelines Are. I Will Be Making A Small Claim For Being Told To Leave Because I Stated That They Were Wrong About The Policy. Noone Should Be Treated Like This. I Am Very Appauled And Will Spread The Word Of Not Shopping Here. The Store Manager Should Be Very Ashamed Of Its Employees Because Afterall They Are An Example Of This Place Of Business And It's Not A Good Look. Please Hire Professional Better Suited Employees. The store had lots of great deals and a wide variety of items. We spent a great deal of time shopping. No complaints there. So much so that me and my 6 year old had to use the restroom. I was very shocked at the site of the restroom. The smell, the floors, sinks and toilets that couldn't have been cleaned in months! All covered in layers of dirt! Oh, but the feces! Yes feces all over the restroom, on the walls on the toilets on the floors of each stall, and no toilet paper!! If we were not at the point we were going to soil ourselves, I would not have used them. I had to explain to my daughter that this was not normal and not to touch anything!! They were so horrible I'm thinking of calling the health department! I hope we don't get sick from being forced to use that horrible restroom. I'm a nurse so I know exactly what exposure to filth, feces and all those germs can do! Shame on you! And yes I took some photos. I hope I can attach them!

To your reply: I know how business goes, this nice professional response is ok, but as you can see that restroom has not been cleaned in many, many months so how could cleanliness be a top priority?!?! When we moved from Florida and i found out there was no Ross Dress for Less and no DD’s Discount, I told me hubby, “ Had i known, we would not have left Florida to move to this hole in the wall, how do they not have a Ross!” Then a Clevelander told me about Gabe’s and at 1st i didn’t like it cause it the one i went to was messy and unorganized and I couldn’t find anything. Went to a different one and it was way more organized. Now it’s my go to spot. I’ve been raiding the kids clearance clothes and shoes section for a charity organization for single mothers and teens that one of my lil’ sisters in Christ started back in Trinidad (where I’m from), I’ve found so many cute clothes for kids.
