I understand this is for tourism, but as a local ts is so annoying. Boats don’t stick to their set schedules leaving either a few minutes early or late. Yea it saves gas, but it’s not even worth it to have to base ur plans around the boats EVERYTIME you wanna go across the river. Employees don’t know how to park cars half the time causing side swipe accidents. I’m not tryna leave work at 8 and miss the boat cuz it decided to leave a few minutes early and have to wait an hour for the next boat and then another 20-30 minutes to...

Great FREE trip to take if you're in the Jamestown area. If you have kids this is a very fun 30-40 minute (15-20 mins both way trip) ferry ride. They can get out of the car and go up on the observation deck and peer out across the river at the Jamestowne settlement.
