Was speaking to a gentleman on the phone today, who called me back after no one answered the main number, on a different phone number, and I was asking if they sold a specific brand.. they didn't, he wasn't familiar and needed me to list off the attributes of the mattress I was looking at, which is fine. Great! I want you to know what I want.. so he had me google the a specific mattress that they sold. I was looking for a specific "plus size" approved bed, I asked him if the coils would support the longevity of having plus size people sleeping. Earlier in the call, he said how it had a non-prorated 10 year warranty. I understood.. so when I asked him about the longevity, he reiterated the 10-year non-prorated warranty and then followed up with, "I'm not sure if you understand that orrrr???" Extremely condescending. I said yes, and then let him know about the 15 year warranty the specific brand I was looking at, so was still questioning if it'd be a good option for us. He proceeds to say, "I mean then go for it", in a very annoyed tone and again, extremely condescending. So I abruptly said thank you, I will, have a great day, and I hung up.
That guys sucks and shouldn't be a face of the sale department. The mattress business isn't that lucrative and I was hoping to give my money to a local company but it won't be Castle's, that's for sure. What a terrible guy. Big yikes for...
