Worst experience ever with these people. First of all, I called for delivery, and they were so rude. I didn't even understand what she said when she answered so I just said "uhh, can I have an order for delivery please" I mean, they didn't even ask for my address. I had to say "don't you need my address" oh, yeah, she says. Anyway I order my food and she hangs up on me after I say that's it. No total, no amount of time, nothing. Good thing I had a little cash on me because I wanted to put it on a card. Then I wait an hour for my food. Doesn't sound too ridiculous but when the place you usually order from is there in less than 30 minutes, it's quite a difference. I took 2 bites of my food (chicken low mein) and there was something really hard in it, like is still don't even know what it was. Being hungry I kind of ignored it. 2 more bites and I find a nice long hair. I've had this food for 5 minutes, and my hair was up, so it couldn't have possibly been mine. Let me start off by stating that this is undoubtedly the best (When Fresh) Chinese Delivery you will get inside of their 5-mile radius food delivery area. I've tried several menu items, (The typicals: Tso's, Orange, Meins, Moo Goos, and of course Sesame) and they are all just as good as the next. Made by actual Asian-Americans.. You can walk in the front door of the store and see their kitchen as it is right there in front of you. Secondly, I'd like to say that I used their online ordering service for the first time this evening and it was a pleasure. Simple and easy to use, they take credit cards online. And have a cash option. They charge $1 for the delivery fee, and the drivers may or may not have a hard time finding the place. But they change so often, who wouldn't? I requested fresh rice, the egg drop/Wonton mix, and extra crispy noodles, in the comment section before I finished ordering. Came just as requested. I am truly writing this review, not due to the quality of the food, which is decent, but instead about an incident that made me very worried to order here again. They swapped my order with someone else’s by accident, which I knew was wrong due to there being only 2 containers. She asked me what it was, so I took out the staples and opened it up. She tells me the driver will come back with my order. Upon arrival she asks for the wrong order back. Out of confusion, I ask why. She says they will re-staple it and give it to the customer. I told her how wrong, disgusting, and dangerous this is, while she only told me she’ll get in trouble if not. So I just went back inside, and did not come out with that order.
