Bojangles — Restaurant in Williamston

I arrived tonight (Friday) at 10:10 pm with a van load of people from church. Some staff members were outside, and they welcomed us in. This was in a stark contrast to how we were treated at Hardee's in Kinston at the intersection of hwy 258 and hwy 70 the last time we attempted to eat there. When we stopped at Hardee's 45 minutes before closing, the staff standing outside saw us and ran inside, locked the door, and turned the lights off. They refused to serve us, so we're grateful to Bojangles!

They were very attentive and polite as they took about 20 orders. Every order was accurate and the food was typically good in accordance to Bojangles food. Everything was nice and hot! The staff was amazing! The only complaint I have is that the dirty rice at this location tasted poorly like at other locations I've recently visited. I'm wondering if the franchise has changed their process of preparing dirty rice. While at the restaurant, I questioned other members of our party whom ḍo not normally visit this location. They assured me that they have the same problem/ complaint/ issue with Bojangles in other locations. The problem with the dirty rice is that it's dry! Several of us used to look forward and enjoy this dish. However, many of us don't care for the dirty rice anymore. It used to be juicy and drama free! We hope they...

Went in, ordered a Cajun Fillet sandwich, and roasted chicken bites through the drive through. Got my sandwich, and got the car behind me in the drive thrus biscuit, took it in, tried to exchange it for my food. Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting on mashed potatoes that I paid for but they never made (hours before closing), got sides I didn’t want. Went back to the car after I got my food finally and tried my drink, soda was just fizzy water, took it in and exchanged that, got home to finally eat my food, get home and noticed my stuff was in the floor cause the bag it was in had been sitting in tea and had busted. ⚠️ WARNING — Williamston, NC Bojangles ⚠️

I have never been so disgusted in my life. I went to the Bojangles in Williamston, NC today, got my meal, and took my tea to go. When I got home, I went to pour what tea I didn’t finish out and found a CLEAR PLASTIC BAG sitting at the bottom of my cup.

Yes, a plastic bag. In the drink I’d been sipping on. 🤢

My stomach turned and my nerves are shot. This is beyond unsanitary and I honestly feel sick thinking about it. How does something like this even happen in a place serving food and drinks to the public?!

Please, y’all — check your drinks if you go to that Bojangles. This is absolutely disgusting and needs to be addressed.
