Martin's Auto Electric — Local services in Williamstown

I went to them because of their rating on here. I took my suv to them to fix 3 electric windows which wasn't working and to tell me if my rear main seal was leaking. They had it for a couple of days when I went to pick it up I noticed one window still wasn't working but I'd already paid 465 dollars. I went back in an got a man to come out and look at the window they didn't fix so he seen it and I guess asked the mechanic that worked on it about it and I got the answer that he didn't know because it worked sometimes! Which I didn't bring it to them for a answer like that I brought it to them to fix all three windows! I asked them about my rear main seal and the answer I got was they didn't believe it was the rear main seal they thought oil was coming down from a valve cover so I asked them while they had it if they could find the leak and give me a estimate on what it would cost to fix it and on the phone they said ok but like I said when I got there they just give me a guess and charged me 25 dollars for that! So to end this nightmare of a deal I ended up paying 465 dollars for 2 windows fixed and a guess on where my oil leak is. Needless to say I'll never be back. I wanted 3 widows fixed and to find out where my oil leak was coming from and what I got was 2 windows fixed and a guess to my oil leak like I said for 465 dollars!! U...

We hit a large pail on Hwy 75 traveling home to Wisconsin. It did some minor damage to the the front fender area. We stopped at Martin’s to see what could be done. They removed the broken pieces hanging down and put a few pins into the fender to keep it in place. Got us right in and we were back on the road shortly. And the charge was ridiculously cheap! ...

ive been dealing with them for years they are honest dont over charge and fix right the first time thats all you can ask for try em you will be glad ...
