Good afternoon. Being a nursing student and seeing all the nurses wear HOKA tennis shoes, knowing their great quality of comfort, I Maja made the suggestion to my friend Kyra, my Egyptian cousin, to stop by your shop and purchase some Hoka tennis shoes from your shop.
She has recently come to the USA and had just started to work out at the gym and was in need for good quality with great comfort tennis shoes.
We were speechless when the older gentleman at the store who was working there, advised us not to buy any of the shoes since they would break apart.
I asked him why that would be and and I was informed that they are not meant for running or the gym.
We were left speechless and felt the awkward feeling or not being welcome in the store. Let's just leave it at that.

They used to carry off sizes to have available to try and would always order the shoe I needed. This is no longer the case since the move. Have also gotten short answers from staff about questions, no one answered the phone when I recently tried to call ahead to get information on selection before making the long haul.
