Sweet little place with lots of items to look at and choose from.
I heard someone do readings in the back. That's cool, glad they have them for customers, but everyone can hear your business from behind the separation curtain (wasn't a fan of that and wouldn't like it if that were me, some might not mind it).
Staff is super sweet and helpful, and the place is much bigger than I expected! Everything is labeled and priced, they were open early in the day on a Monday which is so hard to find anymore (loved that they were).
A million kinds of incense (found some amazing quality incense at reasonable pricing and will go back for more).
Their selection of everything was excellent, great for the practicing or the gift giver. The only thing they seemed low on was books, but they were waiting on a new shipment to arrive and were working to build that area up. Clothing, jewelry, exquisite journals. A place you won't want to miss checking out. 😊 The black cat (yes, real) was a...
Read moreI have been a supportive customer of Enchanted grove for 6 almost 7 years now and I’m afraid to say i’m disappointed. They have had about 3 different cats in that store for the past couple of years. The black cat they have now (a lady cat named gypsy), they do NOT take care of her. As a spiritual store with spiritual people, I would expect better animal care. My mom and I brought them eye wipes, a brush, and toys, but they still never brush her, clean her eyes, or even cut her nails as far as I can tell. We have tried to talk to the staff about this. How many deity statues do you guys have of deity’s of nature/animals? How many bastet statues do you guys have? Everything is still overly priced like the previous owner had, can’t the store put some of that money towards cat care? I hope the new owner changes the look of the store, prices, and takes better...
Read moreWent in for a sage stick, place had 4 people when I walked in. The employee was talking about lore when I walked in so I figured I had lots of time. Walked around for 10 minutes, and approached my counter with the order so I could leave. By that time there were 15 people there, and the employee was still talking. Waited 10 more minutes, she finally came to the counter and asked if I was ready to check out, I said yes and then asked about another item, she told me how much it was then walked away. I gave up and left because it had been an hour at that point and there was a line forming next to me, probably trying to ask questions, and she was STILL talking. Only one employee that was working. Really upset about this experience, and probably won’t be back. The shop itself and items...
