Lost Nation Convenient — Local services in Willoughby

I have been going to this store quite often for the past few years, until the other day!! It was in the evening, on my way home from work, I had my work van with a trailer attached and parked in multiple spots as there is no other way to park out of the way. I got out of my van and was greeted by an employee telling me I couldn’t park in their lot as I had. Note: there were at least 6 other parking spots available. A big issue was made and I was basically denied access to the store. So, I guess they don’t need the business and I will NEVER go into this...

if you wonder why the store is closed earlier than posted, it's because the owner won't pay their employees a minute after the posted closing time so they lock the doors earlier so they don't have to work for free.

we've stopped going to this location and will drive all the way to Timberlake because when the owner's son is working he can't be bothered to put his phone down long enough to greet customers and be attentive to the people that are standing in...

Been stopping in here for years and will continue to for years to come . Employees are friendly and will remember you by name if you are a regular like me . Which coming from a small town makes it feel more like a store from back home . They have all the things you can expect from a convenient store Beer Wine Bread Ice cream Pop Water etc ...Store is clean and I always feel safe...
