DO NOT SHOP HERE! I received an incomplete set of runes from this store and was treated despicably by the owner James when I went to correct the situation yesterday. As soon as I walked into the store and began to explain the situation I was dismissed and told there was no such thing as a uniform and full set of runes. He went on to say that if I were to look in the other bags they had displayed that they would all be different. When I pointed out the bag they came in, which displayed what a full set of Elder Futhark runes should look like, he told me all the bags were the same and it was just the bag. I asked why I would have two stones of the same rune and three blanks and he responded, “ I don’t know, I don’t use runes.” He admitted he was not even familiar with them yet was insisting I was wrong and there was no such thing as a full set. He told me they do not do returns anyways so it doesn’t matter. Originally I came into the store in hopes of receiving a new bag which contained an actual full set, but after being treated so awfully I wanted nothing of theirs. I left the store in tears and told him he was being very mean, which he did not care about. He was very condescending and gaslit me the entire time. If you own a store and are choosing to sell something, such as runes, it is your responsibility to either educate yourself on the product or be accepting when a customer is telling you they received the wrong thing. You should not insist you are right out of pride. I returned the next day with two books and a packet explaining runes to avoid being gaslit again. I was met with their employee, who was very kind and had nothing to do with the situation. He called the owner Tiffany and confirmed to them it was not a full set. She gave him the go ahead to give me a new bag to which I declined. I did not want something from them after James had made me feel so horribly. She once again stated James did not know about runes (as if that excuses the way he treated me). After the person I was with was, admittedly, snarky to them and again refused an exchange I finally received a refund. The owner Tiffany told us to never come to her store again and hung up the phone. I never received an apology and neither owner took ownership of their wrongdoing. All of this would have been avoided if James has simply said “You know, I really don’t use runes so if you could come back another time and discuss with someone else, that’d be great.” Or something along those lines. My mom was prepared to just buy another bag if they really couldn’t return it but James was so mean, for zero reason, that it became much more complicated than that. Please be aware of who you are buying from. These owners are not well informed and would rather manipulate you than admit they may not know what they are talking about.

And James, you really should treat people nicer. Don’t make strangers cry. It doesn’t make...

We were out and about one sunny Saturday afternoon. We just so happened to stop at an open market by classic park stadium in Eastlake. It was there we came upon the energy of crystals calling our names. My girl and I being avid collectors had to stop and feel the vibes. Upon arrival we were greeted by two wonderful people who felt like family. We instantly connected on the crystal vibe train and purchased a few gorgeous pieces, one of which is moldavite. We were told of their store that was opening called Peace Love and Crystal Healing. Naturally we couldn’t wait until their store opened. The owners of the store are wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and have great energy. We got some more crystals and a Tibetan singing bowl. I couldn’t figure out how to play it. We came back for their grand opening and in less than a minute they taught me how to make it sing. Their store is AMAZING great prices awesome owners who know their crystals. This store is a gem nestled by Lake Erie. I look forward to seeing them again. Thank you so much for everything and the Tibetan bowl...
