We were very excited to go as we’ve watched the build happen. I was Incredibly disappointed. They had ten teenagers working and when I commented How many people they have working they responded saying yeah and we’ve already had to send people home they over staff us and we don’t get hours. Two SMALL cones cost over $11 and we watched them weigh the cones before handing it to us which I found Odd. The ice cream was average and our cones were empty after having the scoop ontop. For the price I at minimum expected a full cone. The building is nice but ice cream is nothing special and incredibly overpriced. I think an adult should always be present because these kids don’t know what they’re doing and their prices are high. I understand A learning curve and most of these kids it’s their first job but have someone there training them then. Sad to say I will Not be back- so many other local ice cream places that are better and cheaper.

I can say the ice cream and service were great. I couldn't decide what I wanted, so I got the sampler. Mint chip, butter pecan, NY cheesecake, and coconut cream pie/ chocolate chip. I do suggest you clean the ice cream scoopers just a little better, some of the ice cream flavors tasted like other flavors that I did not order. You might want to put up a sign stating that no one is allowed on the roof side.

Went for the first time and bought the Death by chocolate and Kitchen sink. I live right next door. Spent 17$...both mine and my sons ice cream was soup...Ive actually had soup thicker that what we were severed and these are labeled as "concretes". Tired of spending my hard earned money at places that serve such low standard products at top dollar.

We went through the drive threw and ordered 2 items one with nuts other without one with chocolate one with Carmel well a mistake was made no biggie called the phone number and it rang and said voice mail not set up 4 times before answer she said bring back they will fix it and we just opened and had to work bugs out we get it next day we go there to get replaced we even brought back one they screwed up we told the girl work window what was going on and her come the owner and here we go she took the ice cream in and came back and said see there is a pecan and proceed to argue with my wife even after my wife said she was done she keep running at the mouth getting louder this is how she treats her customers how rude she needs anger management no one that treats people like that should not be in business i hope folks read this and treat you like they did mama Roberto's and you go out of business and the restaurant next store also

Go somewhere else you will be happier

And we never yelled at a 13 year old we told her what was going on and just wanted a replacement

Look at how she replies and you want to do...

So I actually came on here to leave a five star review because I really do love their ice cream and they always have a friendly staff. Now let me say, I understand charging more for credit cards…it’s a pass through cost that many companies charge. However, my problem now is the owner blatantly lying in responses on here and saying “the price you see is the price you pay, however we offer a discount for paying with cash”. I just got home from ordering a brownie sundae with a menu price of $7.50. I was asked if I was paying by card, which I was, and was charged $7.77. Again, I never would have batted an eye on this until seeing responses from the owner saying that’s not how they do business. I can accept paying pass through costs but I will not ever spend money where the owner blatantly lies about what they do and that is clearly what Jojo’s is doing. My review that was going to be 5 stars is now 1 star. Don’t lie to...
