Chagrin River Pub — Restaurant in Willoughby

I had to get up n go to the bar for my water refill because nobody ever even came to check on refills. Wasn't really busy so I asked for a lime for my water, three times, with three different people. Thankfully the owner was tha third, but I was done atp. Plus my date got the wrong plate that she didn't order. While I tried to order I couldn't even find out if shrimp tacos were the special or not n was being rushed when jus inquiring. I gave a three star because the owner is a very nice, pleasant n seemed to be hard worker. Food was great, it was just the simple service requests, we're denied. I have rarely been more impressed. The bartender/order taker/pretty much everything throughout was incredible even with her diminished ability to talk. $2 bloody marys were excellent. Tasted like a hint of sweet pickle juice. I ordered the brunch tacos eggs done perfectly w a nice salsa verde. Others ordered patty melt that was huge and eggs Benedict w thin prime rib in place of Canadian bacon. Everyone was pleased. It got busy so service was kind of slow but everyone was doing their best. WOW! What a great place to go to! The food is fantastic! I got the mussels in a garlic, parmesan cream sauce with 4 slices of garlic bread. I've had mussels at other establishments that were really, really good, BUT that cream sauce at this place really made the dish. My husband got the patty melt and pub tots. The sandwich was HUGE and delicious. The service was quick and everyone was very friendly. Would we go back?...
