The owners of this place should be expecting this review. The Sat before father's day I went into the store to order 2 doz to be shipped to FL for my 80 year old father-in-law. Never eaten here before but because their website said "they ship" we decided to order from here. Placed our in-store shipment order and left. I was told they would go out Tuesday. Called Wednesday to follow up. Then Thursday to see when they would go out because up to this point, nothing was charged to my card and the supposid 2 day delivery was never received. Friday I was given a tracking number which offered me some hope but 12 days later, no charge to my credit card, no delivery to my father-in-law and the bogus tracking number has failed in the USPS portal. Read moreWe visited from NC and always made a stop to West side market for Pierogi's... this time we found that this business has dropped the ball BAD... west side was sold out so we drove to willoughby 30 min away and they only had 6 types available from a hugeeeee list of flavors they said to offer... so we picked our flavors 5 dozen worth and placed the order to ship to us so 100 bucks for pierogi's... well here we are 3 weeks later and its excuse after excuse... 2 different times we were told shipping dates and both times nothing... 2-3 years ago this place rocked ... now steer clear of this place that is obviously on its way to closing its doors...
Read moreI wanted to love this place because pierogies are my favorite but unfortunately they weren't very good. We got 20 pierogies for $30 because they raised the prices to $1.50 each. We also got the butter and onions, potato pancakes and cabbage with noodles. The only option we were offered was to take them home to cook so that's what we did. It was quick and easy but took awaile because we had 5 people who each got different flavors. They were all different shapes and sizes, the bbq chicken had a giant hole in it before i even took it out of the bag.
