We ordered 2 different flags, but only received 1. We waited about 2 weeks thinking they were shipped separately. When the 2nd flag still didn't arrive, my husband contacted them. They said 2 flags shipped. My husband assured the gentleman that there was only 1 flag in the package. After he did some further investigation, he said that the 2nd flag was made by an outside vendor and it was shipped to them instead of to us and that they would ship it to us right away. Another week or so went by when my husband noticed a $14 credit to his account from this store. He called the store and was told that they DIDNT have the other flag and the company they used to buy them from went out of business so it is no longer available. We got a discount on the flags as we pay for an annual membership to Mammoth Nation because we want to support patriotic small businesses. When my husband asked why we only got a $14 credit, he was told that they took all the discounts off the 2nd flag before they credited us. This means we got 0 discount on the 1st flag. He said shouldn't you have split the discount and was told that's not the way we do it. Not a good customer service policy.
