Great experience from start to finish at Mattress Showcase in Willowick! Jessica made us feel welcome and invited us to test any and every mattress we wanted to try! There were many to choose from, and she didn't rush us! She gave us a lot of detailed info about each mattress we liked, and answered all our questions. Though it was later in the afternoon when we shopped, she arranged for our delivery the very next day! The two gentlemen who delivered our mattress and springs were great! They arrived exactly in the time frame we were given. They were so competent and fast despite the fact that the rooms in our home are small, and getting large items in and out is no easy task! Went in to get quoted for a layaway on a queen and learned about the financing available. The no pressure customer service Joyce gave my husband and I was awesome. She encouraged us to test the mattresses to find the best fit. Made recommendations on mattresses they had in the back. I love the fact there is a 10 yr warranty.
