I won't ever order KFC again, which I know no one really cares because I'm not the person keeping them in business. But I firmly believe in being polite and kind to service people, I've worked in service so I know how awful people can be. But the way the employee at this location spoke to me when they gave me the incorrect order was awful. I was polite through the entire interaction, despite her nasty attitude from the start, which only escalated when I had to return to the store when she did not give me the entire online order. Ultimately, I returned what food I did receive, minus what my kids had started eating before I realized the issue. I was honestly in disbelief at how awful this employee treated me. And apparently, the whole company's customer service is a joke because I have not been able to speak with someone directly about getting a refund on my $50+ order. We had to wait to get are order. Then when we got home we discover that they didn'y even do the order right. We was suppose to have 2 Chicken, Bacon & Cheese sandwiches combos with one having no pickels on it. They got the one right and the other one was just a sandwich with only mayo on it. Started out with the young lady being annoyed when we ask for a moment and escalated from this point.theb you have the young lady with the pink colored hair whom basically seems that she hates her job.Very rude so I went inside and spoke with Managing Partner Steve and he was no help at all by defending rude behavior by his team members.
