So far, we are very happy with Aztec and our new audio and visual equipment. From the outset everyone at the company has been polite and professional. It was easy to start the process and schedule time with the salesman, Ryan, who was extremely personable, very responsive to our wishes and knowledgeable about the products. He made it easy to see what was available for our needs and space and fine tuned a plan which resulted in a perfect set up for our home. The installers, Jeff and Owen, are terrific and easy to have around. They were extremely professional and managed to fit a complicated system into our older home that fits beautifully. Every speaker fits seamlessly into its surrounding. Not a rough edge in sight! And our new frame TV is beautiful. Jeff and Owen are amazing with the technology as well. They both helped us to understand the functioning aspects of this new system and with the utmost patience. We are also grateful to Nancy and Cassandra, at the office, for arranging appointments and helping to resolve issues, remotely, in a very timely manner. I found Aztec Sound and Communications as a result of an internet search, and I am so pleased that I did! We wanted a large TV or monitor installed on a wall at work, to be able to mirror the computer and allow clients to clearly see their account information, to display Power Point presentations, and various work-related programs. Rob, the owner, expertly guided us in deciding on the best hardware to suit our needs, right down to which wall would be best. Two days later, his technicians arrived promptly, performed all of the prep-work, electrical work, and installed a 55" frame TV. They were quite obviously skilled at what they do. Our clients absolutely love it, as do we! The technicians also worked on our existing reception area TV: mounted the set top box to the back of the TV, and re-did the wiring in order to hide an unsightly cable from the back of the TV.
