They don't seem to have enough handicap wheelchair accessible parking spots and they're always full not necessarily with placard approved cars. It's also hard for a person in a wheelchair to go to cross traffic to get to the actual stores. Cars and Wilmington don't seem to yield willingly to people in wheelchairs. It's like they expect us to take a ditch or jump up and move! rather than slow down and go wide.
