I must tell my story...regarding my visit to Bob's discount furniture yesterday morning...for the very 1st time! Before I left from home to furniture shop, I'd already setup my wish list of all the furniture that I was needed. There was an initial hiccup regarding the financing but, the Asst. Mgr~ Cole quickly & efficiently jumped in and saved the day. He took to the phones to rectify the situation. My previously selecting my goods online was orchestrated ahead of time so that, I could spend the very least amt of time selecting all of my furniture. Here's where I have to " minimize" the rest of the story...as it's very long. Due to some hip troublel Aaron, the young man( still singing your praisesr), found a wheelchair @ the entrance of the store and, get ready....wait for it--- Aaron " literally" pushed me around the store as I made my selections, for 3 rooms...back & fourth, fourth and back. It was a long 2 and 1/2 hours... picking out only the colors, bc of the screenshots of each piece that was saved in my roll, knowing going in to this thing that, it was going to be ONE OF THE MOST TIME CONSUMING FEATS....EVER!!! SAVING ME IMMEASUREABLE TIME. And, as he pushed me with both arms...mind you, he also had his IPad tucked underneath his arm as he'd push me on to the next selection, all while completing his bookkeeping after every piece of furniture on the pad. This young man most patiently came to my rescue. He NEVER EVER COMPLAINED, TRIED TO RUSH ME, NOTHING. He had the patience of God...running through his veins! Lastly(teetering upon 3 hrs,) It was He & Cole that concluded the sale. Before I forget to mention (I'm so very forgetful as it relates to names..another kindest of souls(young black Sister)~with an equally beautiful disposition, also lended her hand to assist. This team really rolled out the Red Carpet for me...in coming to my rescue, stayed with me until what was now the 3rd hour & my getting ready for my departure from the store. Aaron made me stay in the wheelchair, with Cole in tow; carrying the pillows that I purchased, while they both "escorted" me to my car, safely....May I add. Neither one of those young men took any chances with my possibly falling, had I walked out of the store.
There was no clear indication/nor forewarning upon my walking through those doors this morning; did I have/foreseen that these 2 Angels on earth could've prepared me for the STELLAR , EXCEPTIONAL, ABOVE & BEYOND 1000% OF TOTAL HUMILITY, AND TO THE GREATEST DEGREE AND, IN THE MOST PUREST & RARE FORM OF HELPING/LENDING THEIR HANDS TO CLEARLY, SOMEONE WHO WAS IN DIRE NEED OF JUST HOW THEY TOOK CARE OF ME. THESE 2 YOUNG MEN EMBODIED AND EXUDED THE RAREST FORM OF " TAKING TOTAL CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER". In most cases....Teamwork truly makes the dream work!
To: Aaron, Cole and the other young lady. My sincerest Thank you immensely!!!!!!! From my heart directly back to yours. May God continue to bless each one of you.
Folks, make sure to go see Aaron!

Read moreI will never shop at Bobâs Discount Furniture again after the horrible experience I had with their delivery service. My furniture was scheduled to arrive between 1:00â4:00 PM. Instead, I spent the entire day being strung along with repeated calls every hour, each giving me a new excuse and a new âpromiseâ that the delivery would be there within the next hour. This went on all afternoon and evening until 8:30 PM, when I finally told them this was ridiculous and to just reschedule for another day after 5 PM (since that was the only time I was available). They finally agreed to set it up for next week. Then, out of nowhere, I received a call from the delivery driver saying they could still come that night and would be at my house in 15 minutesâat 9:30 PM. At that point, I reluctantly agreed, but even then, they didnât actually show up until 10:30 PM. Having two delivery men arrive at my home that late at night felt incredibly unprofessional and honestly very sketchy. This entire process was stressful, frustrating, and completely mishandled from start to finish. I have never dealt with such disorganized and inconsiderate service, and because of this experience, I will never shop at Bobâs Discount...
Read moreFor context I have just moved into my first apartment and have no living room furniture. Bob's made the whole process of looking and buying product super easy. I wanted my living room to give off cozy vibes so I ended up actually going with a daybed that has a pull out trundle and an oversized bean bag that is called a sploosh. With the purchase of the daybed, the bean bag, two mattresses for the daybed, mattress protectors for the daybed, and different warranties for the items we only ended up paying around $1,500. That may seem like a lot but Bob's is a discount store so this price was right in the range that I needed because I still need to purchase a few other finishing items for my apartment. They also have a very wide selection of different beds, couches, dining tables, you name it...
