This place is a VIBE. It’s a vibe that Wilmington wants and needs. The pictures you see don’t do the decor justice. As soon as you walk in, you’re taken to a place unlike any other that Wilmington has to provide….including the clubs. “Enchanted” is the only word my husband and I could come up with to describe the atmosphere. Every corner of the restaurant is unique. Margaritas and birria tacos are my love language, and both of which met and exceeded my hopes and expectations. The atmosphere is so cool that I thought, surely, the food has got to be lacking. It didn’t. How do you make something as simple as rice so good??? We love to sit at the bar to eat when it’s just the two of us. With that said, the only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because of the bar service, but, hear me out…it wasn’t due to their lack of trying. In the 2 short weeks Casa Encanto has been open, it is obvious the word is out. Those who were waiting for their experience came to the bar for drinks, and service bar was overflowing. So much so that I feel our service was lacking due to the bartenders having to keep up on service bar alone. At no point were we waiting due to laziness or inattentiveness. Everyone behind the bar was grinding. This is a kink I’m sure will iron out in due time. I would have loved to take home my leftovers, but due to a time constraint (we had to pick up our 5 year old) we just didn’t have time to wait for another opportunity to ask for a box. Some people would be annoyed by this, however, we saw how hard everyone was working and it didn’t leave a sour taste in our mouth in any way. As reasonable people, we understand that there will be growing pains throughout any opening. Nonetheless, we look forward to our next visit and I can’t wait to bring all of my friends here! Job well done, Casa Encanto!

Three of us had lunch several days ago. Wow, what a lively and colorful place! Very noisy too, but I loved the vibe and the music too. I can imagine this place really hopping at night. There is a nice bar, which I would love to sit and have drinks and food. Fresh chips, nice and crunchy, and salsa was delivered to the table. The salsa wasn't spicy, but it was tasty. From the lunch menu, two of us ordered the Chicken enchiladas (two) with the green tomatillo salsa. It came with rice and a small salad. It was delicious! The chicken was very tender. At other restaurants, the chicken has been on the dry side. My other friend ordered the Huevos Rancheros, however, the eggs were very overcooked. The yolk should be runny. The waitress never asked how my friend liked her eggs. The waitress took the dish back and had them re-made. She did ask how the eggs should be cooked. The second dish was better but the eggs were still pretty firm. Overall, a great place for good Mexican food in a lively atmosphere. I'll definitely come back.

My first visit to CASA ENCANTO couldn’t have been any better! My girlfriends and I went in on a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday one of my girlfriends’ as well. The food was plenty and really tasty. The dishes and drinks are large and enough for two people to share. We over ordered but everything was delicious! Our server, Sofia, was the best. She too grate care of us and made sure we had a great time and service. Sofia also arranged for us to have other servers to sing us happy birthday with candles and tequila shots. We loved Sofia! The restaurant atmosphere couldn’t be more alive and welcoming. We had no reservations but were seated within 10 minutes. We enjoyed the contemporary decor and the big screen playing a slide show of great pictures from all around MEXICO. If you have a chance, go and check out this place. I’m positive you will have a great time. We certainly did!

Review of Casa Encanto

Dining at Casa Encanto was an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations on multiple fronts. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and inviting ambience embraced us, showcasing a perfect blend of modern design and traditional Mexican aesthetics. The vibrant decor, accompanied by soft lighting and soothing music, set the stage for an enchanting evening.

The flavors of the dishes we tried were truly outstanding. Each bite was a celebration of authentic Mexican cuisine, masterfully prepared and beautifully presented. The punchy flavors of the salsas and the freshness of the ingredients perfectly complemented the mains, showcasing the culinary skill that defines Casa Encanto.

The staff members were a delightful part of our experience, greeting us with genuine smiles and attentive service throughout our meal. Their knowledge of the menu and recommendations further enriched our dining experience, making us feel valued and welcomed.

The drink menu was equally impressive, offering a variety of creative cocktails that brilliantly showcased traditional Mexican spirits, each one crafted to perfection. They were refreshing and perfectly balanced, enhancing the overall meal without overwhelming the palate.

Furthermore, the pricing at Casa Encanto was commendable, providing exceptional value for the quality of food and service offered. Each element came together harmoniously, leaving us not only satisfied but eager to return.

In summary, Casa Encanto is a wonderful addition to the dining scene, where delicious food, a vibrant atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent value seamlessly converge. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an unforgettable...

I ended up at Casa Encanto Saturday after googling for restaurants with my friends on our last night in Wilmington.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was set from (artificial) flora on the walls and ceilings and music playing. We, a group of 6, were greeted warmly and sat promptly though it seemed to be bustling with customers. Sitting in a rounded booth by the bar, we all fit well and were comfortable throughout the meal.

The jellyfish dancing across the giant television in the ceiling above the bar that was surrounded by more (artificial) flora and fairy lights throughout the restaurant truly painted a magical atmosphere.

The music only added to the entrancing atmosphere, lending low-key vibes of a high-key dance environment.

Beautifully-crafted drinks with a heightened artistic hand tasted incredible. There were drinks that came in Frida Khalo mugs, were adorned with fruit and flowers, and even some flambéed at the table!

The food was the BEST food I've ever had from any Mexican restaurant. Seasoned to perfection. A hearty helping, I could not WAIT to have my leftovers at a later time.

The staff were outstandingly attentive, with one main person assigned to us and several others checking with us throughout to ensure our experience was top-tier. The manager was extremely welcoming and checked on our experience several times throughout the visit.

12/10 experience here at Casa Encanto. It truly...
