I’ve been working out with Ashley, Danielle and Melissa since March 2021 when they were under Lovering Studio and I will honestly follow them anywhere. I went from working out every once in awhile and not having a clue of what I should do at the gym, to 4–5 classes per week and I’ve never felt stronger. Read moreI LOVE dynamic,the classes are always different to keep it interesting. I had chronic pain for almost a year due to a herniated disc and I was afraid to workout for so long. The instructors are attentive to everyone and give you alternative exercises to keep you safe. I’m so grateful to have tried out this studio, now they can’t get rid of me. I love the down to earth vibe, all ages, all fitness levels and you really can go as hard as you need for your own personal needs. I go 4-5 days a week now and I’m not going to stop!!! Read moreI've been going to classes at Dynamic MVMT Studio for a while now and it is fantastic! There is a wide variety of classes and each class is different from the next. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable - they take time to explain the movements and correct form which is so helpful. They also provide modifications for movements to offer different difficulty levels or adjustments for injury. The community is great too, everyone is very supportive and encouraging.
