So today is a Friday when I walked in only two people were working there was a woman who was getting a full set she did not like it complained about the shape the nail tech passed her the nail file and told her to fix it herself then the customer still did not like her nails before they even got painted so another worker maybe owner I don’t know who she was but came in after me being there about 40 minutes said she don’t want take them off meanwhile I’m sitting to get a pedicure they wasted more of her time and made her get it soaked off.. I chose this place because it’s close n was convenient my feet were barely scrubbed the cuticle dead skin was barely touch best thing was the water temperature and massage from the seat.. they looked at me crazy when I stated I wanted regular nail polish.. now almost everyone has ticklish feet when the pedicure is done right yea that didn’t happen for me nor did I receive any massage a offer of any complimentary refreshments nothing and to top it off the price is 37$ for basically nothing and regular polish I literally left with ashy still ruff feet just cut down and painted will not be back again even if there the only nail place in the world I could have did it myself and got better results and when paying I stated he should put lotion on the feet not just someone’s legs and the response was WHAT So I repeated myself again and then the response from I’m guessing the owner she sits at the first seat and went in her purse to provide me change no register no drawer but whatever.. yet no suggestion to fix it no sorry not any of my money back or anything a waste of my time and money and will not bother again this was my second time first time I was turned away because they were only accepting cash and changed the price from me calling and showing up for a nail removal they have no customer service skills at all, and now I noticed they charge a 2% fee to use your card I’m guessing so they don’t have to pay the surcharge for the credit card machine company so they put it on customers which I could have sworn was illegal but that’s no longer my concern either because I won’t be back and I spoke on it before leaving to give them the opportunity to correct it and they didn’t they don’t care about service or anything they just want your money so they can have a nice looking shop! I am Completely unsatisfied and I’m attaching pictures and this is 4 minutes after leaving the shop the results unacceptable GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY PAY FOR! Artist needs to take his time cuz he does the nails so fast that the acrylic comes out lumpy, the nail edges are jagged and crooked, the polish is all over my fingers, and the coffin style I requested looks like plain 'ol square to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried going a 2nd time... it's still bad! Same issues, even after I addressed them. EDITED MY REVIEW: cuz I tried a 3rd time!!!! went there today hoping to get a certain design on my nails, and they certainly delivered!! my nails are absolutely adorable and i adore them. i got a manicure and a pedicure, the total coming to about $65 but $25 more for the designs and gel which was fair considering i wanted the design on all ten fingers. the pedicure was great! they were gentle, kind and more than gracious when i was there a little bit past closing. i will include a picture of my nails once i figure out how lol but they were very nice and made sure i was more than comfortable! i am hoping to return very soon!
